3D graphics are very cool, but unfortunately, I don't have a controller and I apparently can't use the keyboard controls very well. I never got past the first fire jump. But it is a very interesting and cool concept.
This is a really cool use of MV3D! I never considered making an arcade platformer.
I think the visuals, models, and cutscene camera angles were great. I think you should consider adding more camera options than the birds-eye view (side view and such). I feel I'd have an easier time platforming if I had more control over the pitch.
As well, I might play around with how the jump mechanic feels. It's tough to get used to and never quite feels comfortable sadly.
Still, this is a really good showing! I hope you keep working on it and I'm excited to see what your future projects look like.
The 3D graphs were cool and the visuals overall were well made.
The gameplay was actually pretty decent even if it was very frustrating and based a lot on luck where the presents and fires spawned. Reminded me a bit of Frogger. I cleared 2 warehouses, but could not enter the third one because I couldn't face the character the correct way for the double jump.
There was also no easy way to quit the game which I think the creator may want to add.
I would highly recommend adding a difficulty setting which controls how quickly the fires spawn.
I took your feedback into consideration and added a control and difficulty select screen. Hopefully this will assist with players challenged by the rate of the fires.
Thanks again for playing and I hope you get a chance to experience the whole game with the new difficulty additions. Happy Holidays!
I redownloaded the game in case something went wrong with the download the first time and it opens this time! Not sure what the issue was for me originally. Sorry, I couldn't make a video as the frame rate dropped too low to be able to play while recording. Visually the game looks great. I think the idea was good. Gameplay didn't feel good though. The platforming is super clunky, yes I used a gamepad but it still didn't make it any smoother to play. It might just be my potato computer but it might also be that you are just asking to much of an engine originally designed to make 2D games. RPG Maker just doesn't lend itself well for platforming or precision movement and I wonder if the 3D elements just exacerbate the problem. Random spawning of the presents and fire made some areas either extremely easy or way too difficult. Music and visuals were on point as well as the layout of your level. Very cool game idea, and it's full of eye candy.

Sorry, but the game wouldn't open and run for me. Looks like everything is there but I'm not sure. :(
